Certificate Revocation
For urgent revocation requests, use Certum's online revocation form. The provider processes requests within 24 hours, even on weekends and holidays. If the form data is insufficient, Certum staff may request additional information.
For non-urgent revocation requests or general validation inquiries, contact Certum's validation department at ccp@certum.pl. This address is also used for receiving other validation documents, so response times may vary depending on the volume of inquiries. Certum customer service is available Monday to Friday, 07:00–18:00 (CEST).
